The prices are quite fair, and you'll find some lovely drink options too. The staff genuinely seems happy to be there, making for a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the service is always prompt. An absolutely fantastic dining experience that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Madrid! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was wonderful and very inviting, creating the perfect setting for a great meal. The service was truly top-notch; the staff was incredibly attentive, professional, and made us feel welcome. It was also very tourist-friendly, with excellent English speakers who were happy to help. ​The food was the real star of the show. The steaks were cooked to perfection, incredibly flavorful, and of the highest quality. The side dishes were equally delicious and complemented the meat perfectly. ​Considering the exceptional quality of the entire experience, from the service to the food, the prices were very fair and offered excellent value. This is a must-visit for any steak lover. We will definitely be back!

Nice place. A lot of options and all good. The significant downside that leads to the 4 stars is that our steak was very cold in the middle, which means that it’s not at room temperature before it goes on the grill, and that’s a bummer for a restaurant at this level and pricing.

Our favorite place to have steak went back here to celebrate a special moment & it did not disappoint. We were moved from our initial table because it was so hot up there. That was the only downside probably, that some areas are hotter than others. Everything we ordered was delicious, please give the truffle fries a try its so good!! Well salted & the cheese is a nice touch on it. The banana bread was a bit dry in my opinion but the ice cream kind of save it

The restaurant offers incredible charcoal-grilled steak. We had the trio platter to share with additional side dishes like grilled vegetables and roasted potato. My absolute favourite was the rib-eye from Uruguay. A grass-fed steak that was incredibly juicy and bursting with flavour. The service was also perfect; our waiter spoke perfect English and knew everything about the menu and the different cuts of beef. He was able to answer all our questions, and he provided us with excellent recommendations. For anyone who wishes to have the perfect steak dinner, this is the place to go!

Incredible food, unforgettable service! We had an amazing dinner at LOSTGRILL in Madrid, and our experience was made even better thanks to our fantastic waiter, Habibi. He was warm, attentive, and gave excellent recommendations—truly top-notch service. We ordered the Chicharrón de Cerdo Acevichado to start—perfectly crispy with a flavorful twist. The T R I L O G Í A was a highlight, offering a delicious variety of grilled meats, and the skirt steak was juicy and cooked to perfection. To end the night, we couldn’t resist the Tentación de Mono for dessert—absolutely decadent and worth every bite. The food, ambiance, and energy here are unmatched. Highly recommend if you’re in Madrid. Ask for Habibi—he’ll take great care of you!

Had such a great meal here. The steak was amazing, really tender and full of flavour. The staff were welcoming and made the whole experience easy and relaxed. Definitely try the chocolate volcano for dessert, it was delicious!
